This course was strictly about using the computer to create photo collages, videos, and audio recordings in order to communicate to an audience.
This course taught me how to write for a variety of communication professions. We focused on the specifics of spelling, grammar, and ethics of writing for journalism, public relations, and science communication.
This course taught me the proper ways to conduct focus groups in order to find research. We also used hypothesis testing to collect data.
In this course we analyzed visual communications, artwork, and advertisements.
This course was designed to use social media and digital software to promote a product. I used this course to help create online profiles and learn more about the online world of advertisement.
In this course I learned how to develop persuasive Public Relations content using different media platforms.
Advertising Principles & Practices
This course was a great course to learn the background history of the advertising world. We focused on concepts that advertising agencies and organizations use.
This course provided a new insight for me into the world of tourism. I learned about people’s different motives to travel and the principles behind tourism.
